Bettina Harmon, M.Div., Vice President & Chief Quality Officer, specializes in program development, implementation and evaluation; project management; continuous quality improvement; and grant compliance and accountability. Bettina has also worked with organizations and systems of care to implement quality assurance and quality improvement programs to assure evidence-based, quality services to diverse consumer populations. Kate Leos, Operations and Project Coordinator, specializes in operations and project monitoring oversight. Kate comes from a background in direct service, including medical case management, program management and coordination, support group facilitation, and information and referral services. She has experience working with diverse populations dealing with a variety of issues, including HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental health and trauma, homelessness and unstable housing, multiple sclerosis, domestic violence, and more. Kate has also been a leader in collaborative systems of care, which included helping to prioritize and allocate resources, establishing standards of care, and developing approaches for cooperative service provisioning. About Us

Olga Vera, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer, specializes in organizational development, quality improvement, and evidence-based trauma informed trainings. Olga is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 24 years of experience in the mental health field as an administrator, researcher, trainer and treatment provider. Olga has collaborated with organizational systems in a variety of capacities providing trauma informed related trainings, evidence-based clinical services, clinical consultation, employee consultation, and providing threat assessment services for organizations. She has extensive experience in the areas of program development, organizational safety and wellness, trauma informed services, psychologically healthy workplace initiatives, and trainings related to diversity/inclusivity issues in the workplace. Olga also brings extensive experience in organizational strategic planning and board development. Olga is presently the President of the Colorado Psychological Association. Robert George, Project Manager/Trainer, specializes in the development and provision of client-centered, comprehensive, quality service delivery and leadership. His experience includes 18 years in the HIV services field providing direct care and leadership in the areas of case management, behavioral health, housing services, prevention services, and oral health services. Robert has experience with compliance management and quality assessment and improvement projects, in both urban and rural service settings. His focus is to assist helpers to more skillfully support their clients and patients utilizing the theories of harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care. Robert also utilizes these theories and concepts with program supervisors and managers with the goal of supporting them to develop into healthy teachers and mentors.
